SwipeJack Privacy Policy
Effective 3 September 2026
SwipeJack is a card puzzle by Clockwork Curlew. Our game code does not collect or transmit personal information and includes no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Gameplay and scores are stored on your device; there is no Clockwork Curlew player account.
Stored on your device
The game keeps scores, completion dates, replay codes, tutorial progress, an active-run checkpoint, theme selection, and audio/display settings in private app storage. These records support gameplay and your personal score table. They are not sent to Clockwork Curlew. App-managed cloud backup is disabled; device transfer behavior can depend on your Android device.
Google Play trial and purchase
Google Play manages the optional trial, one-time game purchase and installation/licence checks. Google Play and Android may process store, purchase, diagnostic or device information under Google policies. Clockwork Curlew does not receive your payment-card details. Gameplay works offline; Google Play may require a connection for purchase or periodic licence checks. See https://policies.google.com/privacy for Google privacy information.
Sharing
Only when you choose Copy Replay does the game place a replay code on the Android clipboard. It contains a game seed and actions, not your name or contact details. You control whether you paste or share that code.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you clear app storage in Android Settings or uninstall the game. There is no online game account to delete. Copies you share outside the game are controlled by the receiving service.
